About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Operations Lead to join our team at Amazon Web Services Argentina S.R.L. - F61. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and research various data sets to provide deep insights and actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Generate ad hoc and recurring business analysis, based on the needs of the stakeholders, and provide recommendations through data retrieval and analysis.
  • Manage monthly forecast and other financial models, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal end-users and the Business Intelligence team to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high operational standards.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
