Job Overview

We are seeking a sales professional to support our growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with clients. The Professional Services Sales Director plays a critical role in driving e2open's success, serving as a trusted advisor to our clients and building awareness of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, creating value through regular meetings and validating their ongoing needs.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Collaborate with colleagues to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, generating new business leads and preparing sales presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Maintain Salesforce: Understand existing contracts, negotiate future agreements, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, tracking sales activities and managing the pipeline to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Develop Leadership Skills: Leverage your experience creating proposals, negotiating, and renewing contracts to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
