Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our Business Development team. As an appointment setter, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by connecting with prospective clients and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities

  1. High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective client companies, engaging decision-makers via phone and email to gauge interest and schedule meetings
  2. Scheduling & CRM Management: Book meetings and set calendar invites for our U.S.-based Business Development team, log all activity, notes, and next steps into CRM system
  3. Daily Reporting & Communication: Provide daily updates to leadership, summarizing calls made, meetings set, and key conversations

Requirements

  • Availability to work during U.S. Central Time Zone hours (8 AM – 5 PM CST)
  • Quiet, professional workspace for making calls
  • Reliable high-speed internet and VoIP phone access required
  • Preferred experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, or cold calling
