Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Expert to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution of their problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and Zoom.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, including code-related and performance/network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to help users and partners help themselves.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to triage and fix bugs on our platform.

Requirements
  • Native or fluent English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS troubleshooting as Tier 2 customer support, with one year as a Software Test Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and integration technologies used to create Pipe17 integrations.
  • Proficiency in analyzing log files and standard debugging concepts using tools like Datadog and Postman.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and triage complex, code-related technical issues.
