Key ResponsibilitiesYou'll be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation that's user-friendly, actionable, and regularly updated based on product changes and feedback. This includes collaborating with product managers, engineers, and support teams to gather technical details and translate them into clear, accessible content.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Developing a prescriptive, structured approach to cataloging and prioritizing fragmented knowledge
- Researching and analyzing industry trends, competitor documentation, and customer feedback to continuously improve content
- Working with design tools like Figma, Markdown, and HTML to enhance documentation clarity and accessibility
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3+ years of experience in technical writing (Semi-Senior/Senior)
- E-commerce knowledge (desirable): Understanding of order flows, integrations, and platforms like NetSuite, Shopify, 3PLs, etc.
- Content structuring & organization: Ability to categorize, index, and maintain documentation efficiently
