Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients
- Triage and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- 1–2 years of prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Demonstrable experience in working with logs, including proficiency in interpreting, analyzing, and leveraging log data for troubleshooting, system optimization, and security analysis
- Strong familiarity with CRMs and ticketing/support systems
- Handson experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with UAV/UAS systems
- Handson experience with networkrelated architecture and cloudbased systems
- Experience with remote hardware debugging
