Assurant, Inc. is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our internal customers.

Job Description:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution of technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems, utilizing expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and ServiceNow.
  • Document and communicate complex technical information to various audiences, utilizing clear and concise language.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and other resources to support customer success.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow, Oracle PL/SQL, and job schedulers like Automic.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and software development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
