Job Overview
Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring timely resolution of their problems.

About the Role
This position requires a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, APIs, and integration technologies. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, as well as provide guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch technical support to customers via phone, email, and Zoom.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including code-related and performance/network-related issues.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Create and improve documentation to help users and partners help themselves.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to triage and fix bugs on our platform.

Requirements
  • English language proficiency: native or fluent.
  • 2+ years of SaaS troubleshooting experience in a Technical Support capacity as Tier 2 customer support, with one year as a Software Test Engineer.
  • Understanding of APIs and integration technologies used to create Pipe17 integrations.
  • Proficient in analyzing log files and standard debugging concepts using tools like Datadog and Postman.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and triage complex, code-related technical issues.
