Sony is seeking a skilled Employee Support Specialist to join our Global HR Platform. In this role, you'll provide exceptional support to employees and management, handling a wide range of HR-related transactions with care.
You'll serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries, ensuring that all employee questions and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
In addition to your technical expertise, you'll possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across various departments.
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
About this role:
- Primary responsibilities: Employee support, HR master data processing, onboarding and exit processes, liaison between Human Resources and Payroll.
- Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or IT, strong PC skills, proficiency in English (C1 level or above).
