As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical assistance to end-users on demand
  • Rack and stack support for commissioning and decommissioning infrastructure devices
  • Ensuring physical access to vendors for site and communication rooms
  • Printer management and coordination with vendors to ensure print services continuity
  • Coordinating cable patching with vendors or enabling on demand
  • Ensuring basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, video conferencing, printers, and voice systems are available at sites
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes of incidents reported by end-users
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end-users

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience in managing power shutdown maintenance activities
  • Familiarity with GMP and GxP (desired)
  • English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to work with multiple teams and OEMs on high-priority issues
