Cognizant offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to become Ads Support Agents. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences through email and phone support.
As an Ads Support Agent, your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions to their queries. You'll work closely with a dynamic team to develop a positive relationship with our customers, catering to their diverse technical skills and providing timely responses.

- Familiarity with Google tools (desirable).

- Problem-solving skills (critical thinking).
- Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is a plus.
