**Job Overview:**

We are a leading company in the steel industry, operating in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Our IT department is looking for a Technical Support Lead to join our team and provide technical assistance and expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of desktop infrastructure and related technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of technical support analysts in providing second-level technical support for desktop systems.
  • Develops and implements procedures for the maintenance and updating of desktop systems.
  • Provides IT advice and consulting to end-users and other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Evaluates and recommends new technologies and tools to improve desktop infrastructure and related technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a team of technical support analysts.
  • Knowledge of desktop infrastructure and related technologies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
