**Job Overview:**
We are a leading company in the steel industry, operating in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Our IT department is looking for a Technical Support Lead to join our team and provide technical assistance and expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of desktop infrastructure and related technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of technical support analysts in providing second-level technical support for desktop systems.
- Develops and implements procedures for the maintenance and updating of desktop systems.
- Provides IT advice and consulting to end-users and other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Evaluates and recommends new technologies and tools to improve desktop infrastructure and related technologies.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading a team of technical support analysts.
