We invite a skilled professional with experience in leading high-performing teams throughout the entire SDLC to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the team's work fully meets the client's technical expectations. You will collaborate with stakeholders on the client's side to fill in the product backlog and ensure smooth integration of the team into the client's business processes.
Your key responsibilities will include providing continuous mentoring, support, and training to new members of your team. You will also communicate between team members about evolving requirements and planning, and contribute to producing high-quality code for new features and services.
What You'll Do
- Lead one of the two delivery teams under a brand-new sub-project
- Collaborate with BA, PM, and key stakeholders on the client's side to fill in the product backlog
- Ensure smooth integration of the team into the client's business processes
- Provide continuous mentoring, support, and training to new members of your team
- Contribute to producing high-quality code for new features and services
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a software developer or a similar role
- 5+ years' experience working on high-performing teams throughout the entire SDLC
- Solid understanding of the design principles, threading, real-time processing, SQL Server DB queries, and performance tuning
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, building developer teams, and ensuring standards are aligned with the best industry practices
- Experience developing in a cloud environment (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Microservices/REST API skills
- Strong practical knowledge of .NET and Vue.js
- Database experience (SQL)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
