Job Role
This is an opportunity to join a new group created in Lenovo to grow the SMB market and gain skills in Lenovo products. The LA Product Category Technical Support will report to the LA Product Category Lead and drive technical support across product management, including product technical specialization, training, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highly technical support to Category & ISO organizations.
- Engage with Segment and ISG Product teams on specific product requirements.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Support New Product Introduction and Transitions.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of previous technical experience in Product or Product Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Entrepreneurship with self-motivation and drive.
- Proficiency in Excel and other office applications.
