Your Role:
As a contracted IT Support Technician II at Interlaced, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to clients through remote sessions via chat, phone, and email. This role requires an efficient problem solver with high technical skills and experience, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in IT, with a focus on help desk and customer support
- Proficiency in common business technologies and experience working in diverse technical environments
- Familiarity with various cloud infrastructure components
- Ability to quickly incorporate new techniques and processes
- B2 or higher proficiency in English
