About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success Team at CaptivateIQ. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Enterprise customers achieve their desired goals and outcomes with our product.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on CaptivateIQ's platform.
  • Drive customer adoption and retention through regular meetings, communication, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Provide best practice use cases and thought leadership content to internal teams, ensuring customer success is at the forefront of our product development.
  • Proactively identify and escalate at-risk customers, developing action plans to ensure timely renewals and expansions.
  • Lead annual business reviews with key contacts and executive sponsors, consulting on strategic initiatives and tracking outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience developing and maintaining calculations for large data sets using spreadsheets or database models.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to think strategically and structure complex issues.
  • Aptitude to understand a technical product and effectively communicate its features to customers.
  • Must be a problem solver with strong execution skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in commissions, finance, or accounting is a significant plus.
  • Enterprise CSM or technical experience with previous SaaS software.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Support/Sales Engineering, or similar roles focused on increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
