About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Americas Enterprise team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in enterprise sales and a passion for building and managing high-performing teams.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth. You will also be responsible for coaching and developing your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives in the Americas region
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely and effective follow-up with leads
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Work closely with the Global Growth Operations team to build and manage outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to create and optimize inbound marketing campaigns
  • Ensure leads are qualified based on specific guidelines and criteria and properly managed in our CRM system
  • Assist management team in identifying trends and establishing goals
  • Develop short and long-term strategies to enhance performance, including tech stack optimization, workflow design, compensation/contests, training needs, professional development, and overall quality of the program
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in enterprise sales
  • Passion for building and managing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal & written communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency with sales tools, e.g. ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees
  • Decisiveness and attention to detail
