About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in early-stage product development. As a Product Manager at Rootly, you will be a founding Product hire within the company and be a driving force behind the development and enhancement of our products here at Rootly.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our clients and we expand and continue to grow. You'll be responsible for: Championing the creation of a delightful user experience by identifying user flows that resonate with our target audience.Usability Enhancement: Continuously improve the usability of our product, using your expertise to make it more user-friendly and efficient.Creating clarity out of ambiguity and be able to make non-data driven decisionsConducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market differentiation.Creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and other documentation to guide the development team.Building strong client relationships by actively seeking feedback and providing product updates, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
