We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to innovate, win, and grow with us on our Customer Team in Portsmouth, NH/Hybrid.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will embrace change and support the Operations of Services, Support, Customer Success, and Renewals, delivering value-add programs and projects to achieve the business strategic plan.
You will work cross-functionally, identifying process gaps and turning targets into actionable projects through workshops and consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
- Implement and share best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning and management.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels within the business.
- Record and analyze data & measurements of processes to identify future improvements that contribute to the business strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in project and/or program management.
- A project management qualification (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, etc.).
- A working knowledge of continuous improvements principles (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organization skills.
- Proficiency in using and understanding Salesforce.
- Exposure to Power BI reporting and its capabilities.
