About the Role

Bottomline Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for managing customer implementations of our Paymode solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer implementations of Paymode solution, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, including project schedules, activities, tests, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure execution of project activities by coordinating work assignments with customers and internal teams.
  • Establish and balance priorities and activities between multiple projects.
  • Troubleshoot and track project issues, communicating with customers and escalating if required.
  • Ensure established success criteria have been met within timeline and budget.
  • Document project deliverables and hand off to Customer Support for any potential or ongoing support needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in banking application implementations and knowledge of ACH/WIRE/Foreign drafts/SWIFT and other payment methods.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
  • Customer service oriented, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Project.
  • Experience with ERP integration or related payments platform.
