Drive Project Success as a Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of key projects for our clients at EX Squared LATAM, a premier solution provider of outsourcing services.

About the Role:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and completion of projects that deliver impactful solutions to our clients. You'll collaborate with multiple teams, manage timelines, and ensure the project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in project planning, execution, and completion to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
3. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
3. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
4. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
5. Basic understanding of software development processes and life cycles.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
2. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
3. Hands-on experience in IT or software development projects.
4. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
