About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Bitso, a leading cryptocurrency platform in Latin America. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth and expansion in key markets and verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our unique selling propositions (USP) to win new business.
  2. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with our Marketing team to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
  3. Commercial Offer Development: Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management: Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using our CRM tool (Hubspot) to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process.
  5. Sales Funnel Management: Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
  6. Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition to production.
  7. Revenue Growth and Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved, and customers have an exceptional experience.
Requirements
  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in face-to-face consulting in FX, payments, or financial services.
  2. Commercial Strategy and Sales Support: Strong understanding of commercial strategy and sales support.
  3. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. CRM Experience: Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
  5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.
