The Opportunity
This position is accountable for project planning, supporting the Project Control Manager and assisting the PMO in preparing and coordinating staffing and operating plans for planning and scheduling activities. It involves reviewing contract drafts for scheduling requirements, coordinating data development for negotiations, and directing planning development and maintenance monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to inform the leadership team on project status.
- Provide information for CMF, Steering Committee, and Investment Committee as required.
- Ensure adherence to PMO procedures and standards.
Your Skills and Expertise
This role requires a strong background in project planning, with expertise in scheduling, data analysis, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
