The RoleAs a Senior Customer Success Manager at Horizons, you'll play a pivotal role in the client onboarding experience, ensuring our clients successfully transition into and utilize our suite of services.
You'll be the primary point of contact post-sale and throughout the customer lifecycle, understanding our clients' unique needs, cultural nuances, and business goals to ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically manage client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the adoption of our products or services within existing client accounts.
- Ensure Client Success: Provide proactive support and personalized solutions to achieve clients' business objectives, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing value realization.
- Mentor and Guide: Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning, professional development, and delivering exceptional client outcomes, mentoring junior members of the Customer Success Team.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding and developing junior team members.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and leverage insights to optimize client outcomes and business impact.
