About the Role

As a Virtual Assistant for Business Development, you will be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective client companies. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day to gauge interest and schedule meetings
  • Engage decision-makers via phone and email to keep leads engaged and moving forward
  • Book meetings and set calendar invites for our U.S.-based Business Development team
  • Log all activity, notes, and next steps into CRM system
  • Provide daily updates to leadership, summarizing calls made, meetings set, and key conversations

Requirements

  • Must be available to work during U.S. Central Time Zone hours (8 AM – 5 PM CST)
  • Must have a quiet, professional workspace for making calls
  • Reliable high-speed internet and VoIP phone access required
  • Experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, or cold calling is preferred
