We accomplish this by setting up appointments with potential clients who have expressed interest in our clients' products or services. Our mission is to streamline the sales process for our clients, allowing them to focus on what they do best while we handle the rest.

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in our organization by connecting our clients with prequalified prospects and setting up appointments to facilitate new business relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage prospects in a professional and personable manner to build rapport and trust.
- Assess the needs and interests of prospects to determine if they are a suitable match for our company.
- Schedule appointments between prospects and our sales representatives.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointments set.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments and provide feedback on prospect interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales or appointment setting experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of prospects.
- Adept at navigating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
