Marketing and Sales Automation and Integration Specialist

100% Remote - Work from Home Position - Full-time position - Must be located anywhere in Latin America. At Chat Assassins, we work with high-level business coaches to help them scale their businesses by providing them with skilled virtual sales teams. Join one of our top client's teams as an Automation, CRM, and Process Expert, where you'll harness your expertise to streamline our operations, enhance efficiency, and drive our business forward with finesse and innovation.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Creating & Managing Tags Inside Of HighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, etc.
  2. Troubleshooting systems
  3. Google Looker Studio
  4. Setting Up Integrations / Automations Inside Of HighLevel, ClickFunnels, Zapier, etc.
  5. Setting Up Tracking In Funnels For Paid Marketing
  6. Setting Up Hyros For Clients
  7. Creating KPI Sheets & Reporting Metrics To Clients
  8. Other Misc Tech Tasks

Long story short, you would be responsible for our tech in our agency and making sure everything is hooked together to flow seamlessly.

This job is for you if you've worked on projects like:

  1. Sales funnels
  2. Appointment reminder sequences
  3. Text Messaging Campaigns
  4. Social Media DM Campaigns
  5. Databases and Dashboards
  6. Tracking lead sources & visualization

YOUR MISSION:

  1. Document the agency's processes in the form of a workflow/chart and improve them.
  2. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by A/B testing, evaluating the Company's outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; and anticipating requirements.
  3. Be responsible for building out technology and funnels for all activities, unless otherwise determined (i.e.: product launches, etc.) along with tracking lead conversion, and in-bound linking KPIs for those funnels and creating automations to report on those KPIs. Some reporting activities may be in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Managers.
  4. Set up and manage reporting and analytics dashboards using Google Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) and work closely with the team to create, maintain, and update key performance metrics and reports that track the success of marketing campaigns, automations, and funnel performance.
  5. Imagine and create processes for our new projects, so as to maximize our efficiency.
  6. Be able to understand our agency processes and create workflows and automations to make our work as efficient as possible.
  7. Organize our CRM in the most efficient and consistent way possible, so that it can be used by our staff.
  8. Improve organization's efficiency so that we can concentrate on our scaling.
  9. Implement Make, Zapier or even WebHooks automations to make our work as efficient as possible.
  10. Work closely with each department to study their workflow and understand what you can automate to make their work easier.
  11. Set up our customers' GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ManyChat, WebinarJam, Slack and Twilio automations.

  1. Must be located in: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Venezuela.
  2. C1-C2 Level of English.
  3. Computer with Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer.
