We are looking for a highly motivated salesperson to join the sales team for Digital Supply Chain (DSC). Leveraging the strength of our existing DSC organization, the mission of this team is to engage with our customers, partners, and collaborate with Industry field sales presenting and selling the value of our end-to-end Digital Supply Chain solution portfolio.
The position requires full ownership of go-to-market activities for a given territory. We expect our new colleague to proactively own their territory and execute all tasks needed from the early discovery phase to closing deals.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as an integral member of a sales team of supply chain experts delivering results for the Market Unit in a best-in-class manner, leveraging the broader DSC organization.
- Solution expertise of Supply Chain solutions.
- Clear focus on driving profitable revenue results & positive customer technology adoption.
- Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results.
- Ensure that work streams are delivered within scope and on time and be responsible for detailed status reporting to the regional leadership team.
- Responsible for identifying & implementing performance improvement ideas.
Key Expectations
- Strong organizational skills to drive sales engagements within a highly agile and changing business environment.
- Programmatic capabilities to own, drive, and execute the sales cycle.
- Excellent internal & external communication skills to clearly articulate the business value & differentiation of the DSC solution portfolio.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with customers and SAP partners to position the value of the entire DSC solution portfolio.
- Foster collaboration within the presales and business development community and the SAP extended team to drive deals.
- Competitive knowledge and the ability to articulate the key SAP solution differentiators to SAP partners as well as customers.
- Deliver on quarterly business results including management reporting and forecasting.
- Empathy for cultural and regional differences within our country.
- Anticipate change, innovative business acumen, and out-of-the-box thinking to guide execution in a fast-paced environment.
