Food Process Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for the Food Industry to join our team at Alfa Laval Corporate AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities and driving sales growth within the Food & Water Division in Chile.
Key Responsibilities:Your primary responsibilities will include:
- FOLLOWING ESTABLISHED SALES PROCESSES AND GUIDELINES TO PROMOTE AND SELL ALFA LVAL PRODUCTS AND SYSTEMS
- ANALYSING MARKET INSIGHTS AND CUSTOMER BUYING BEHAVIOUR, AND MAKING SALES PLANS ACCORDING TO BUSINESS DIVISION STRATEGY AND TARGETS
- INTERACTING WITH ALFA LVAL BUSINESS UNITS IN ORDER TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS AND PRODUCTS TO THE LOCAL FOOD INDUSTRY
- LOOKING FOR AND MANAGING LEADS FROM THE MARKET AND CONVERTING THEM INTO REAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE PIPELINE
- BECOMING ACTIVE IN THE MARKET AND FOCUSING ON MAKING VISITS, MEETINGS, AND INTERACTIONS WITH CUSTOMERS, UNDERSTANDING THEIR PROCESSES AND APPLICATIONS AND HIGHLIGHTING THE VALUE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
- RUNNING THE COMMERCIAL OPERATION BY MANAGING THE CUSTOMER GRID IN ORDER TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN AN ACTIVE CUSTOMER NETWORK
- USING THE CRM AND OTHER TOOLS IN A CONSISTENT AND QUALITATIVE WAY TO SUPPORT THE SALES PROCESS AND MAKE DECISIONS
- DEVELOPING HIGHLY PROFITABLE QUOTES REFLECTING THE CUSTOMER NEEDS
