Role Description
The Online Sales Specialist Admin serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them through online messaging to pre-qualify legal remedies and secure consent for follow-up calls. By clearly outlining our intake process and setting the stage for future communications, the specialist helps pave the way for booking consultations. This role combines online engagement and outbound calling within an energetic and collaborative environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Prequalify clients via incoming online messaging inquiries.
  • Gain permission to call clients and explain the intake process.
  • Pre-qualify clients through a detailed system-generated questionnaire to identify legal remedies.
  • Rotate between outbound calling and online message servicing, if needed.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex processes clearly and persuasively.
  • High level of empathy and client-focused service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Proficiency with online messaging platforms and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) required.
