Quali saranno le tue responsabilità?
Il tuo compito sarà quello di garantire il rispetto degli accordi tra il cliente e la grande distribuzione (GDO), migliorando la visibilità del marchio in vari punti vendita.
Come procederai?
> raccogliendo dati e informazioni pertinenti;
> controllando la corretta collocazione dei prodotti sugli scaffali;
> migliorando la qualità dell'esposizione dei prodotti;
> utilizzando al meglio gli espositori e i materiali di comunicazione in store (POP);
> sviluppando relazioni con i responsabili di reparto della GDO;
> creando report fotografici delle esposizioni;
> seguendo un programma di formazione continua.
Non sarai solo, ma avrai sempre l'opportunità di interagire con professionisti diversi e un Supervisor che ti assisterà nella pianificazione delle attività.
Requisiti
Sei la persona giusta per questo ruolo?
Per diventare Account Manager, un'esperienza pregressa può essere vantaggiosa, ma non è indispensabile.
Non sono necessarie competenze specifiche, ma è fondamentale avere attitudine alle relazioni, desiderio di comunicare e capacità di entrare in sintonia con le persone.
