Key Account Manager

KAM Modern Channel
As a KAM, you will be responsible for in-depth knowledge of territories, clients, and your team. You will lead the implementation of the Company’s Sales Strategy with the goal of achieving profitable sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Ensure effective national coverage: Guarantee the availability of our products across all assigned accounts.
Detailed client knowledge: Understand clients’ profiles, needs, and processes thoroughly.
Brand activity development: Optimize visibility, active inventory, target portfolio, and consumer pricing to meet sales objectives and improve market share in each category.
Market monitoring: Analyze competitor behavior and market trends to proactively adjust strategies.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Administrative Engineering, or International Negotiation.
Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in similar roles.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
Skills: Experience in commercial areas, with strong negotiation, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
