**Associate Manager, Digital Center of Excellence Accounts Payable (COE), GBS Latam**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the digital transformation of Accounts Payable (AP) in GBS Latam. It facilitates automation initiatives and analytics opportunities to deliver the best solution. It also oversees automation admin roles and Digital Workers.

This position reports to R2R, AP and Controls Manager and it has a close interaction within the AP leadership team. This position also relates to OPEX/DE team, business partners in Latam and other GBS AP teams.

**Primary Accountabilities**:

- Lead the discovery process to identify opportunities and coordinate with OPEX/DE team to execute the digital enablement activities to complete the target
- Participate in regional/global projects where technology is a key component
- Co-design the functional Digital Strategy and promote its successful implementation
- Develop and coordinate the self-service program in reporting and analytics
- Coach automation-admin people to achieve efficiency goals
- Provide sustainability and coordinate contingency plans on digital solutions in production
- Conduct technology benchmarking of best practices

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years finance experience of relevant work experience (AP, R2R, Supply Chain Finance, Treasury, CFS, SOAR)
- Advanced Automation Tools knowledge and at least basic analytics skills
- Proficient with MS Office, SAP, BPC
- Intermediate / advanced English skills
- Good Management of interpersonal relationships
- Ability to influence across all AP members and business partners
- Be organized and be able to establish priorities
- Problem-solving and adaptability
- Project Management knowledge
- Lean Champion
- Self-starter
