Rapanui, empresa de chocolates y helados artesanales de Bariloche, se encuentra en la búsqueda de una persona analítica y organizada con experiencia en Inteligencia Comercial para desempeñarse como Key Account Manager para Franui. Dentro de sus responsabilidades deberás: Analizar los mercados a tu cargo (trabajará atendiendo de forma remota el mercado Europeo) entendiendo el comportamiento del consumidor, productos de la competencia, principales clientes en cada canal y detectando oportunidades comerciales.Prospección de nuevos clientes.
Negociación para la incorporación.Cumplir con los objetivos de venta y desarrollo en la región.Seguimiento operaciones de comercio internacional incluyendo facturación y cobranzas.Análisis de ventas y reporting.Mantener relación con los importadores y distribuidores de los mercados a tu cargo.
Gestionar para mejorar sus resultados.Idear, planificar y asistir en la implementación de acciones comerciales en el punto de venta.El puesto requiere muy buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales, inglés bilingue fluido, capacidad de negociación, capacidad analítica y resolutiva, perfil comercial dinámico y proactivo; orientado a resultados.
Requisitos excluyentes: Experiencia comprobable en posiciones similares no menor a 5 años.Inglés Bilingue Fluido Oral y Escrito.Capacidad de resolución y brindar soluciones rápidas.Disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes Bs As/Bariloche.Disponibilidad para viajar al exterior.Manejo de paquete Office, Excel nivel avanzado.Manejo avanzado de métricas del área y KPI´s.Estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Comercialización, Comercio Internacional o carreras afines.Requisitos deseables: Manejo de Power BI o herramientas de cálculo.Manejo de otros idiomas (Portugués, Alemán, etc).Conocimientos de logística internacional.Ideal experiencia en corpo alimenticia, retail, consumo masivo.BeneficiosDependiendo de la locación del candidato seleccionado, la posición puede ser remota o híbrida.
