Norwegian Language Support Specialist

David Kennedy Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent online gaming company to identify a highly skilled Customer Support Representative who speaks Norwegian fluently and can work in our Malta office or remotely from anywhere in the country.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, providing top-notch service while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be flexible, and able to make swift decisions in a dynamic environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €30,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package that includes extra vacation days, free fruit, tea, and coffee, and a team performance bonus. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training and constant feedback to ensure the success of our team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude
- Follow established communication procedures and policies
- Evaluate and make decisions based on defined policies and guidelines
Required skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both verbal and written) and good command of English
- Flexibility and ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Conscientious and reliable approach to work

- Ideal candidate has prior experience in content moderation, customer care, or online business
