In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR guidance, advice, and support for employees and managers in Argentina. You will tackle more intricate HR challenges directly with the business, employees, or the Human Resources Manager, ensuring consistent application of company policies while adhering to local regulations. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing effective human relations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive Human Resource guidance, advice, and support to employees and managers within the assigned business unit across all HR functional areas for Argentina. Oversee, monitor, and generate reports on labor relations trials. Maintain regular communication with branch supervisors to address exceptional personnel situations. Act as a mediator in conflict resolution involving our workforce represented by unions. Supervise inspections from governmental bodies such as the ministry of labor and social security across various locations. Ensure the consistent application of company policies while developing and managing effective human relations programs that align with corporate objectives. Collaborate actively with other HR team members in the development of HR practices. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of employment law by providing training and guidance to junior staff. Execute responsibilities with minimal supervision, applying a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures. Interpret human resource policies and align resources and personnel to achieve strategic goals. Exercise discretion in decision-making and actions.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will be a seasoned HR professional with in-depth knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and regulations in Argentina. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, along with 5+ years of HR administration experience is preferred. Experience in Employee Relations within collective bargaining environments is essential. Familiarity with judicial processes related to labor disputes is required. Strong critical and creative thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make independent decisions are necessary. Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage with stakeholders at various seniority levels are crucial. Proficiency in English with exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills is mandatory for this position.
