As an HR & Backoffice employee, you will provide administrative support and assist with various HR functions within the company, ensuring smooth operations and promoting a positive work environment for our employees.
**Responsibilities**:Support the onboarding process by welcoming new hires, introducing them to the companys people management platform and announcing new hires in our media.Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies and procedures.Provide employees with guidance and support on HR matters, including employee relations issues, conflict resolution and performance management.Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, programs and initiatives.Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records and tracking completion.Assist in the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews and feedback sessions.Manage the People Development Platform (Leapsome), including communication with Customer Success Managers and customer support to ensure a smooth flow when using different modules in Leapsome.Organize and conduct employee training on relevant topics and soft skills.Collect and organize invoices, forward scanned copies to accounting and manage the mailing of original invoices.Take responsibility for office supplies, ensure availability of needed items and replenish inventory when needed.Help organize corporate events and social activities including team buildings, dinners and celebrations.

Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Prior experience in HR roles is preferred.Knowledge of HR processes and procedures.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
