As an HRBP focused on Employee Relations, you will provide day-to-day guidance, advice, and support to employees and managers in Argentina. You’ll be expected to directly address more complex HR issues with the business, employees, or Human Resources Manager, ensuring the uniform and consistent application of company policy, in addition to adhering to local guidelines. With the responsibility of developing and administering effective human relations programs.
Role Responsibilities
Accountable for providing daily Human Resource guidance, advice, and support to assigned business unit employees and managers on all functional areas of Human Resources management for Argentina. Control, monitoring and creation of reports or status of trials, about labor relations. Constant contact with branch supervisors to handle extraordinary situations with personnel. In charge of dealing with our workforce belonging to unions and acting as a mediator in conflict resolution. Monitor inspections from government entities like the ministry of labor and social security in our different agencies. Responsible for: ensuring the uniform and consistent application of company policy, developing and administering effective human relations programs that support the company’s corporate objectives. Be an active part in the development of HR practices with other members of the HR team. Demonstrates broad employment law knowledge providing training and guidance to less experienced staff. Performs duties under minimum supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures. Interprets human resource policies and aligns resources and people to meet strategy goals. Has latitude for unreviewed action or decision.Role Requirements
For this role, you will ideally be an experienced human resource professional, with extensive knowledge in Argentina labor laws, contracts and regulations. Bachelors in Business Administration or Human Resources, plus 5+ years of HR administration experience. Experience in Employee relations under collective unions. Knowledge of judicial processes for labor causes. Critical and creative thinking, attention to details, and ability to make independent decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders of different seniority levels. Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills is a must for this role. : will also have access to short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few
