Responsibilities

As a Capital Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue business opportunities within the Food & Water Division in Chile. This involves conducting direct sales of Alfa Laval products and systems to existing and new customers.

This is a senior-level position requiring a deep understanding of the local markets and food process applications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Identify and qualify potential customers to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.

About You

Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Chemistry, Mechanical, or Food). A Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.

Labor Experience: At least 10 years of commercial experience selling industrial equipment in companies supplying the food and beverage industries, or engineering companies that provide solutions to it.

Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
