Responsibilities:

  1. Identify market business opportunities and conduct direct sales of Alfa Laval products and systems.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and products to the local food industry.
  4. Analyse market insights and customer buying behaviour to inform sales plans.
  5. Maintain a strong relationship with customers through regular communication and feedback.
  6. Manage the customer grid to build and maintain an active customer network.
  7. Use CRM and other tools to support the sales process and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Chemistry, Mechanical, or Food). A Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of commercial experience selling industrial equipment in companies supplying the food and beverage industries, or engineering companies that provide solutions to it.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
