Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze business key performance indicators to identify opportunities and roadblocks.
Elaborate and align a strategic plan for short, mid, and long-term growth, setting targets for specific teams in the region.
Manage growth ambition locally with country leadership, preparing reports and strategic presentations for decision-making.
Understand the ins and outs of each area of Kavak, accompanying the launching process in new countries, and working with leaders to ensure growth strategy.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and lead improvement projects to unlock business needs through growth and efficiency.
Requirements
3-4 years of consulting, planning, or similar experience; or 1-2 years in a fast-growth startup preferred.
Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge required; SQL preferred.
Experience managing projects with diverse teams (Marketing, Product, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Customers).
Strong analytical skills: data analysis and presentation; process optimization.
Strategic thinking: frame a problem and find a solution.
Excellent synthesis and communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
