- Solicit and close new business opportunities through door-to-door visits, lobby events, and property manager relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers to drive sales growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Meet performance metrics and KPIs to ensure successful sales outcomes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication abilities.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable vehicle.
- Able to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather.
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, consumer and commercial communications devices, and software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS include:
- Knowledge of communications technologies and services.
- Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services.
- Experience with consumer education of products and services.
- Success in a previous sales position or prospecting/cold calling experience.
Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- A base pay starting at $30,400.00.
- A commission earnings target starting at $55,000.00.
