We are currently looking for a **Team Leader Service Desk **to work as part of a team of a leading technology provider company part of the traditional and new energies industry, delivering fully integrated projects, products, and services.
As a global leader in the energy industry, this company delivers innovative technologies, systems, and services to meet the world’s energy needs now and in the future.

People with initiative, responsibility, and leadership who have excellent English communication skills, and highly client-centric oriented.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for conducting effective resource planning to maximize productivity
- Design and analyze reports to find performance gaps.
- Coach the team accordingly.
- Establish effective cross-functional working relationships across multiple business units and organizational levels.
- Monitor in real time the SLAs to ensure all objectives are met.
- You should be proficient in Spanish and English communications.
**Necessary skills and experience required**:
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team lead/supervisor.
- Proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).
- Team leading experience.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (able to use formulas to agile the confection of reports)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is required).
- Excellent communication in both Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to monitor and analyze real-time data from multiple datasets.
- Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Goal and result-oriented mindset.
- Professional proficiency in another foreign language a plus (Portuguese).
