We are currently looking for a **Service Desk Agent **to work as part of a team of a leading American multinational pharmaceutical company.

People that are organized, proactive, reliable, and results-driven initiative, with excellent customer service and communication skills. **You should be proficient in Spanish and Portuguese**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Service Desk support for retail chain employees.
- Resetting/Unlocking of passwords.
- System restoration.
- Requests for new users.
- Requests for new equipment.
- Assistance for cameras and store sound.
**Necessary skills and experience required**:
- 0 - 2 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.
- Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).
- **Excellent communication in both Spanish and Portuguese.**
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
- Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Goal and result-oriented mindset.

**Location**:Buenos Aires, Argentina.***
**Shift**: 9:00hs to 18:00hs
**Work model**: Full Time, hybrid mode (4 days at home, 1 at the office, on Tuesday)
