We are currently looking for a** Service Desk Agent** to work as part of a team of a leading American multinational pharmaceutical company.
What you´ll do?

People that are organized, proactive, reliable, and results-driven initiative, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Desk support for retail chain employees.
- Resetting/Unlocking of passwords.
- System restoration.
- Requests for new users.
- Requests for new equipment.
- Assistance for cameras and store sound.
Necessary skills and experience required:
- 0 - 2 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team.
- Is desirable but not exclusive, proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).
- Excellent communication in both Spanish and Portuguese. (Advanced/Native)
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
- Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Goal and result-oriented mindset.
- English: Basic/ intermediate

Shift: 9:00am to 6:00pm
