Buscamos un/a Agente Service Desk Jr que quiera aprender y transformar su carrera.En esta función tendrás que:
- Realizar soporte técnico con conocimientos de Sistemas Operativos de usuario final
- Amplia experiência en instalación y configuración (detección de problemas y solución) de Software de usuario final
- Dominio de herramientas de control remoto para asistir a usuarios
Requisitos:
- 1 año de experiência como Agente Service Desk
- Contar con analítico (excluyente)
Modalidad:
Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 18 hs, teletrabajo
