We are currently looking for a
Service Desk Team Leader, to be part of a project for a very well-known healthcare technology solutions company.

Overall, this company fuses technology, a deep understanding of the body, and leading medical science to create never-before-seen solutions.

People with initiative and responsibility, who have excellent English and Spanish communication skills, and highly client-centric oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for conducting effective resource planning to maximize productivity, design and analyze of reports to find performance gaps.
  • Coach the team accordingly and monitor in real time the SLAs to ensure all objectives are met.
  • You should be proficient in Spanish and English.

Necessary skills and experience required:

  • 23 years of work experience as a Service Desk or Call Center team lead/supervisor.
  • Proficient in CRMs and Service Desk/Contact Center tools (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is required).
  • Excellent communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze realtime data.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Goal and resultoriented mindset.
