Actualmente buscamos profesionales para el role de
Team Leader de Service Desk o Help Desk.
¿Qué es lo que harás?
Como Lider del equipo de Service Desk, estarás a cargo de la gestión de un equipo de operadores que atienden las solicitudes de Service Desk por teléfono, chat y correo electrónico.

Personas organizadas, proactivas, responsables y con iniciativa para obtener resultados, con excelentes aptitudes para la atención al cliente y la comunicación.
Responsabilidades:
- Será responsable de llevar a cabo una planificación eficaz de los recursos para maximizar la productividad.
- Diseñar y analizar informes para detectar las deficiencias de rendimiento.
- Entrenar o capacitar al equipo adecuadamente.
- Establecer relaciones de trabajo interfuncionales eficaces con múltiples unidades de negocio y níveles organizativos.
- Supervisar en tiempo real los SLA para garantizar que se cumplen todos los objetivos.
- Debe dominar las comunicaciones en español e inglés.
Habilidades y experiência requeridas:
- 23 años de experiência laboral como jefe/supervisor de equipo de
Service Desk o Call Center. - Dominio de CRMs y herramientas de Service Desk/Contact Center (Service Now, Avaya CMS Supervisor, NICE, etc).
- Experiência en dirección de equipos.
- Alto dominio de Microsoft Excel (capaz de utilizar fórmulas para agilizar la confección de informes).
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (se requieren conocimientos intermedios de MS Excel).
- Excelente comunicación tanto en español como en inglés.
- Gran capacidad de organización, cómodo gestionando múltiples prioridades que compiten entre sí.
- Capacidad para supervisar y analizar datos en tiempo real procedentes de múltiples conjuntos de datos.
- Capacidad de adaptación rápida en un entorno que cambia con rapidez.
- Mentalidad orientada a objetivos y resultados.
