Actividades principales
Liderar la estrategia de Growth Marketing, teniendo una visión generalista de todo el customer journey de los leads capturados, desde la adquisición de los prospects, hasta la fidelización y retención, con un enfoque basado en datos para la toma de decisiones. Ser quien genere nuevas estrategias de growth así como coordinar el desarrollo de nuevas piezas de comunicación y mensajes para la generación de leads de calidad, con una visión integral del negocio, involucrando los objetivos consensuados con el equipo comercial. ¿Qué desafíos te esperan? Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia de growth multi canal en línea con la marca, el negocio y sus objetivos comerciales. Tener conocimiento de todo el customer journey, mapeando los puntos de contacto más relevantes, puntos de dolor, y diseñar flows de comunicación y mensajes de acuerdo a cada instancia, al funnel de ventas y a cada mercado/audiencia. Liderar la estrategia de paid media, lanzando y optimizando campañas de generación de leads, buscando optimizar de forma constante la calidad de los leads y el ROAS, en línea con los objetivos de la compañía. Fuerte experiência en gestión de campañas de paid media y mindset CRO. Generar estrategias de growth marketing en plataformas como Linkedin, Google Ads y META. Trabajar codo a codo con el equipo creativo y de diseño para la generación de piezas de comunicación y branding en busca de optimizar los resultados. Buscar nuevos canales de adquisición de leads de calidad, y generar pruebas A/B para la generación de insights y toma de decisiones data driven. Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Data para la generación de reportes que faciliten la toma de decisiones y que exhiban de manera clara y real time los principales KPIs del equipo y su impacto en el negocio. Monitorear los principales indicadores SEO y velar por la constante iteración del site web y su contenido. Participar activamente en la discusión de nuevas ideas de negocio, proyectos o productos, brindando la perspectiva de marketing a la mesa de decisiones para explorar e iterar este tipo de iniciativas.
