At Stämm we are growing and building our Comercial, Strategy, Marketing and Business Development team.

We are constantly evolving our commercial strategy, marketing strategy and marketing tools for our innovative biotechnology products where science meets cutting-edge technologies while constantly developing our network.

We are looking for a driven, motivated, independent, knowledge savvy and flexible person to join our Business Development department team, with focus on building relationships with corporate decision makers.

As a member of the BD Team at Stämm, your analytical, technical, interpersonal and creative skills will directly impact the revenue growth of Stämm and will be challenged on a daily basis.

**Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong working relationship “Globally”
- Ensures implementation of Stämm´s business plans
- Proposes KPIs to track their performance as well as those of the business
- Constructs tailored commercial proposals for each customer as well as presentations
- Market, customer and prospect research

**Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Development (Desired)
- Strategic thinking, judgement and influencing skills, to inform, persuade and lead across regions and markets to ensure strategy and tactics execution excellence
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and complex problem-solving skills under high uncertainty and changing environments
- Experience in setting up short
- and long-term strategic plans for not yet commercialized products
- Proven success at operating within global and diverse companies
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably in business or a scientific graduate degree with a business-related postgraduate qualification or postgraduate degree in biological, chemical, or pharmacological sciences is strongly desired
- English language skills (verbal and written) - C2 (MANDATORY)

- SalesForce CRM knowledge
- Biomanufacturing knowledge
- B2B Marketing
- Experience leading or working with cross functional teams
